Updated Planetary Carrier & Bearings

We install the updated planetary carrier and bearing package on every rebuild. This corrects a known weakness in the original Volvo design and improves durability beyond original factory specification. All 7 wear bushings replaced. All 3 thrust washers replaced in the range section.

Dynamometer Tested Before Shipment

Every completed transmission is run on our in-house dynamometer under full load before it ships. All clutch packs are tested using Volvo-style Quick-Connect fittings installed into the pressure ports β€” verifying every clutch pack is within factory specifications. It does not leave our facility until it passes.

Dyno tested under load. If it does not pass, it does not ship.
