- Joe Vinachi founded Midwest Industrial Sales along with John Groholski in 1983. Prior to starting Midwest, Joe worked for a local Terex dealer in Chicago originally as a mechanic, and later as a parts and service sales representative. Joe's mechanical background and sales experience is still a key ingredient to the company as it was when it was founded.
When Joe is not at Midwest, he generally spends his time with his wife Karen and his two grandchildren. He enjoys boating, snowmobiling, and cruising on his Harley Davidson.
